Blocked access until KYC to Outlook, AOL, Yahoo, Uber, Grammarly, Adobe, Spotify, Netflix, Twitch, ticketing, telecommunication and gaming services, government and banking website etc. On mobile plan only whitelisted websites are available and list itself is not disclosed.

Summary

Great service with free trial and totally deserves it's popularity, although mobile proxies have strict restrictions. KYC verification is required to unblock certain websites, it says you need to choose, but don't worry - after verification (which was pretty fast) all 3 are available. Service has Web Scraping API which could be useful for some easy tasks. Support is AI at first (a good one, to be honest), but it quickly transferred me to a human. Unrelated but I really like the button to switch from columns view to rows, I just think it's beautiful.

Description

Residential proxies targeting is a bit unusual - you select between continent, country, state and city first, then - either ASN or ZIP (US only). Keep in mind that if your ZIP isn't in the pool - you will get an error. And be careful - proxy settings are being cleared when switching between tabs (setup, authentication, pricing etc), this goes for every plan.

Mobile proxies are only working with whitelisted websites. Support said that you can leave a ticket to whitelist your target but I didn't want to spend too much time, instead I've manually checked proxy ASNs with decodo's own IP echo endpoint, which in retrospective was dumb. But anyway, all tested IPs were mobile carriers and have no problems outside of whole whitelist situation, just get yourself test plan first.

ASNs seem to be residential with 56.9% of all belongs to 6079 RCN. Got 974 unique IP out of 1,000 requests which is pretty good result for rotating ISP plan. State filter only has 4 states (CA, MA, NY, VA), which is a bit of a bummer, but not a bad thing. Left testing with zero issues, very good. When first testing without adding IP to whitelist - got A TON of 407 (Unauthorized) errors for some reason. After adding IP - everything was smooth. Despite being datacenter - only half of IPs are flagged so in Scamalytics and 0 risk score is impressive. As in ISP plan - you can buy shared and dedicated IPs (prices are listed in plan below).

Got 8 unique IPs out of 10 requests when selecting rotating option. You get all 10 proxies on free trial thought, it's just rotating shenanigans. Seems to be using the same pool as in rotating (per Gb) plan, clean and fast proxies.

Description

Got 10 proxies instead of 100, talked to the support and while AI said that everything seems fine, human support explained that you get 10 in test mode which will be updated to 100 once subscription is on. Seems to be the same pool from rotating plan, fast and clear proxies,recommend, don't have much to say about them.

Overwhelmingly positive feedback outside of few 1-star reviews about platform not providing refunds, which service is commenting describing policies (apparently you can get refund only to first purchase or something). Most people enjoy proxies and support quality which tracks with my impressions.
