Rotating Proxies

Rotating Proxy is a type of proxy that automatically changes the external IP based on the setup and allows you to avoid rate-limiting. There are basically 2 options for IP change: each request or every n minutes (sticky session). Sticky session can be anything from seconds to days and you should look at the Session value in each provider's review if available.

When generating a proxy list you often may have access to different sessions, where each IP is kept for a session until the defined time has passed. Keep in mind that without sessions you won't be able to do complex tasks, for example - browsing, since each of dozens of requests per page will be processed with different IPs.

Mobile Proxies are dynamically rotated by nature and can change IP mid-session just because this is the way mobile carrier networks are designed.
