Verdict

Summary

2/5 because proxies were, in fact, fast, but that's about it. You can pass the KYC verification required for residential proxies only when registering via corporate email and support said that you need Certificate of incorporation, whatever the hell this is. In the dashboard you're welcomed by AI chat-bot which is mostly useless. Website provides other features outside of proxy, like scrapers or web access, and it seem to be their main focus now, because proxy quality is very questionable. Pricing model is also a mystery to me, especially since clearly priced by IP proxies are rotating each request.

When testing I've set the number of requests to 10 to get more sample size for latency and apparently every request you get new IP. Honestly I have no idea why is that and how much I'm in debt now. ASNs are 20473 and 14061 (The Constant Company and DigitalOcean respectively). ISP my ass, these are datacenter proxies and I don't know how provider can get away with that for so many years.

Incredibly fast proxies with impossible high risk score. Out of 1,000 requests with US targeting I've got only 283 unique IPs. Most proxies are hosted by DigitalOcean (ASN 20473) and 100% (!) of proxies were flagged as datacenter by Scamalytics. It seems like provider just put 'ISP' on top of same proxies that are labeled as datacenter. If you only care about speed - this is pretty good option, otherwise - I've seen some homeless guys who are cleaner than these IPs.

As in rotating plan - fast and dirty. ASN was 20473 (The Constant Company) with IP clearly flagged as datacenter. And yes, risk score is exactly the same as median value in rotating version. Dashboard looks exactly the same as ISP or Datacenter (rotating), so I've included pretty usage overview which updates quite quickly.
