Domain zones .edu, .gov and .mil, banking and payment processor websites are blocked (plus some more, check Help on the provider's website for more). While these restrictions are listed only under residential proxies - tests show that it applies to ISP and datacenter as well.
Verdict
Summary
Good popular service with decent proxy quality and very small minimum order, except for mobile plan. First time I was testing it half a year ago - quality was worse and I've started this review a bit biased, but provider exceeded my expectations. Support was responsive when I stumbled into some troubles which were totally self-made. Residential pool is way cleaner than expected for such popular provider.Pros

Prices are starting from $20/week for shared and $68/week for dedicated. Rotation has manual (for dedicated plan only), 5 and 30 minute (for both) options, which seems not affecting the price. Available carriers are different for shared and dedicated plans. Too expensive to test right now anyway, subject to review later.

A ton of 1-star reviews, people are complaining about both proxy quality and service in general. Multiple people mentioned that service refused to pay affiliate earnings, I personally didn't have problems with that.
