Summary

Decent proxy provider with nice prices and free trial, although minimal order is $10. Free trial is given for a few days which is handy especially considering the minimal order, also easy to cancel inside a plan manage page. When trying to purchase minimal plan with discount - it shows price without discount in the invoice. Support responded in 6 or so hours and updated prices to discounted values, so my order was $10 + $2 VAT, which is basically 1Gb I didn't get.

Strict matching is a must if you use anything narrower than a country

Plan is subscription-based and it seems that you can't top-up existing plan if run out of Gbs. Targeting includes every know to man location on Earth, however proxy could easily not be there. If you don't select strict matching - you may end up in other country, would be way better if targeting go upper level if proxy not found. While UDP is supported - it works only on some proxies, got it on 7th attempt.
