Verdict

Summary

Proxies seems to be working fine, left testing with absolute zero problems, however service quality is not really there. I've tried support a month ago and got human respond and everything, but right now chat just doesn't work alongside with referral program which still registered 0 referrals after months of clicks. This... behavior tracks with latest Truspilot reviews, at least before service was banned at their platform.

Pros

  • great proxy quality
  • free trial

Cons

  • prices are high for some plans
  • trustpilot page is banned
  • support chat doesn't work
  • referral system doesn't work

Description

proxy generator
Mobile proxies have decent connect with 0.7s median latency, but pretty slow on downloading small files with 35% being under 2 Mbps or timed out entirely. IPv6 test passes while not being disclosed by provider. Risk score is 4/100, but not really worth mentioning it in stats since mobile proxies are too instable to prove something. Keep in mind - I did not test different filter options for this plan yet, but I test those in residential plan review, so you may get the idea what they are below.

Description

Residential proxies have very good results, with latency being 0.4s on average and risk level is mostly low (970 out of 994 tested IPs). Download speed is high for residential proxies and only 4 requests failed.
With 'Speed' filter proxies are supposed to be faster and it may be true, but I've tried 100 more proxies with it and saw literally zero changes. 'Quality' filter had 98% success rate, same median risk score and risk level distribution on 100 requests. Anyway - feel free to run filters since you only potentially sacrificing IP pool size.
While undisclosed - IPv6 works just fine, while UDP test is failing. Targeting seems to be accurate and don't have non-existing cities in options. For some reason you can select either ZIP or ISP.

While IP is not being flagged by Scamalytics as a datacenter - ASN clearly shows DC IP (3503, WebNet LLC). For some unknown reason I wasn't able to test the speed - every request went into timeout.

Description

500 requests resulted in 385 unique IPs. The reason why it was 500 and not usual 1,000 is that you're limited to 1,000 IPs and 250Gb per day and I thought I would reach IP limit faster with other tests. So yeah, IPs will be repeating and there's no way to prevent it (except filtering with your software, of course).
All IPs are at low risk level, 17/100 median risk score and 1.6% blacklist is pretty good for a datacenter plan. HOWEVER, all IPs seems to be owned by only 1 ASN (200373, 3xK Tech GmbH) which could be a problem for some tasks.

Banned by Trustpilot
While service itself is banned, there are previously posted reviews. Of the 197 reviews, 66% are 5-star but 23% are 1-star, and recent reviews are mostly negative - complaints include rude/unresponsive support, unstable sticky IPs, unreliable rotation, and missing payment/usage history, though some users still praise the IP pool size and speed.
