Blocked banking, financial, government, ticketing, gaming and some other websites, you can access the list in Help section on the provider's website. Some restrictions can be lifted by doing KYC, some - by KYC and spending $500. For ISP and datacenter proxies mail ports are closed with no option to unlock sending ports.

Verdict

Summary

Nice service, but is a bit expensive compared to similar providers, with KYC verification required to access some websites. They have own mobile proxy app, chrome and firefox extensions. KYC was pretty easy and fast (you will need a document and your beautiful face to pass).

City targeting is under State/Region for some reason
If you scroll down in country selection of residential proxy you can find regions (Europe, NA and others) as well as sets for specific sneakers websites (NIKE EU/NA/Asia, COURIR, ZALANDO) which is pretty neat but not very marketed. Targeting allows to select either state or city and it doesn't show amount of proxy per scope, which is a bummer. You can select hostname of a proxy to be either domain or IP, which is a weird quirk.

Mobile plan doesn't have an option to rotate per request, even more - you can only rotate IP once every 10 minutes, so treat it more like dedicated devices rather residential mobile proxies. UDP and IPv6 doesn't seem to work across multiple rotation, so seems like it's not supported on provider level.

You can set credentials in the dashboard
Prices are listed for 1 IP and bulk discount is extra small for a day plan (3% for ordering 500 or more IPs) but raising to 30% for 1,000 IPs if ordering a month or more. When exploring discounts I've tried 1,500 IPs and got a message that provider has only 1,196 proxies in selected country, which is handy. Got assigned 3561 ASN (CenturyLink Communications), which considered to be both residential and datacenter provider. IP is being flagged as datacenter by x4bnet, but not scamalytics. Speaking of scamalytics - I've ordered proxy with a note 'zero fraud score' and IP is indeed has 0 risk score. You can get this for extra 30% and also add everything you need to a note (ISP and subnet requirements, for example), price stays the same. For extra 30% on top of it you can select city/state, however selection is pretty small, at least for US you choose between 2 cities only. I've ordered ISP here before and without a note it took 7 seconds to setup a proxy, while now (with requirement) it took 14 minutes, which isn't a lot for custom order in my opinion.

As in ISP dashboard - you can filter your proxies
Prices are listed for 1 IP, you don't get any discounts if ordering for a day, but up to 40% for ordering over 1,000 IPs for a month or more. If you scroll down country list you can find out of stock countries with the ability to set notification when it will be up (same is available in ISP plan). I didn't add a note about zero fraud score (how I did with ISP order) and got myself into 57/100 risk score situation, so think twice before ignoring this option. Got assigned 211415 ASN (Karolio IT paslaugos) which, despite a name, is an US network, just registered in Lithuania.

Most reviews are positive, which tracks with my impression of the provider. Small amount of negative reviews are tied to wrongly interpreting prices, which can be avoided if you have eyes.
