Keep in mind - prices listed for residential, mobile and ISP plans are with 50% off promo code 'PROMO50'. Would be nice if it was applying automatically if that's the provider's baseline. There's a test available for account activation ($2 for 100mb of residential and same for mobile traffic).
Residential plan has almost entirely (99%) residentials ASNs, high response speed of 1.7s and targeting more or less correct.
If no proxy has selected scope - you will get an error, which is dumb considering provider isn't showing number of proxy per scope. At least don't populate select scope list with non-existing cities.
You can convert residential bandwidth to ISP and otherwise, but more than 0.1Gb, meaning you can't do it on paid trial.
