Review
Residential proxies have 98% success rate, 97% residential IPs, but whole 3s median response time. And it was tested on premium plan (which is only 50 cents more expensive), I suppose at the base you will have ISP proxies mixed in, or at least I get that impression from plans description. You can pick either region or city in targeting settings, however it's clear that provider has proxy for each option.
