Review
Residential proxies have 97% success rate, 1.5s response time and about 99% residential ASNs, all is totally great. Targeting isn't correct even at region level and has a ton of imaginable locations, which returns error when accessing.
I have strong feeling that ISP plan has like 2 proxy, 1 of which doesn't work. My suggestion - don't even touch it.
